How do I place an Order?

  • Browse through our online shop for the product you require.
  • Add the item to your cart.
  • Customize if required.
  • You can then proceed to checkout if you are satisfied with your items.


How to place an order via email

  • Upon request a quote/pro-foma invoice will be emailed back to you


What are the delivery options & costs?


Standard Order Deliveries (eg badges, signage )

  • Within SA, we outsource a speedy courier service & is an additional charge of R 150 exc VAT & usually takes between 2-3 working days for your order to reach you.
  • Bigger items will depend on weight & packaging (eg signs) and will be an additonal charge.
  • International orders will vary depending on weight, packaging & the destination which will be liaised with the customer before production starts.



Plaque Deliveries & Costs

  • Within SA, there is an additional cost of R150 and usually takes between 2-3 working days for your plaque to reach you.
  • International plaque deliveries is an additional cost of R1,000. Depending on the country you reside, a plaque order usually takes 6 weeks for completion afterwhich it is dispatched to our postal service in SA and then via airmail. Thereafter please allow 1-2 weeks for the item to reach you via your own country courier service
  • You can also collect your parcel from our office at our head office 721 Umgeni Road, Windermere.
  • Our office hours are Monday to Thurs 7:00am – 16.15pm & Fridays 7:00am-14.00pm.
  • We are not open on weekends or public holidays. We don’t charge for delivery if you choose to collect.

What are my payment options?


Payment Procedure for COD customers ordered via email

  • All orders below R1000.00 need to be paid in full before production starts.
  • For orders over R1000.00, a 50% deposit is required before production starts and the balance is due when the order is completed.
  • Kindly use your Customer Account no on the left hand corner of the pro forma invoice as reference when making EFT payments



After placing an order on our site, you will be presented with the option of choosing to pay by card or EFT through any of the banks provided.


  • If you do not pay for your order within a week of placing it, it will expire. Please contact us on orders@badgersa.com to request an extension on this payment window period.
  • A 50% deposit is required before processing an order above R1,000 or more.
  • 100% payment is required if your order is less than a R1,000.
  • Reference on your order will be e-mailed to you after payment.
  • We accept payment with most of the registered banks in SA via credit card, debit, American Express or via EFT. Cash Payment can only be paid directly at our head office.
  • Please allow 1-2 working days for confirmation on electronic payments.
  • Balance of payments must be completed before delivery or collection


What is the production procedure?

  • Once payment has been recieved a job card will be opened.
  • Should there be artwork editing or a new design there will be standard fee of R350 exc VAT before commencement.
  • Once artwork has been approved by the customer, production procedure is usually 7-10 working day delay.
  • Bulk order delivery dates will be discussed and confirmed with the customer.
  • Etching on plaques is a very intricate & time consuming process which can take up to 6-8 weeks from the date of order.


What is sample testing?

  • Badger welcomes the opportunity to assist clients with the design and evaluation of samples on order to meet their display requirements.
  • Although this option could prove to be costly and time consuming, it is an option worth considering in ensuring a quality product, prior to final order confirmation and comes from Badgers many years of experience working closely with clients in supplying quality products.
  • Badger advises that it does not provide any form of guarantee or replacement policy pertaining to the cost of samples.
  • Any changes are quoted and treated as a new product design, replacing the old existing design.

Returns & Refunds Policy


Returns & Refunds Policy within SA or International Orders

Please notify us within 24hrs of receiving your parcel if there is any damages as we can’t accept any liability after that.

  • Due to the nature of the different products/services we provide, we make every effort to make sure your item(s) is stringently checked on quality and any damage thereof before it is dispatched to customers.
  • When you receive the parcel from the couriers and you visibly can see that the parcel is damaged please report it immediately to orders@badgersa.com.
  • If possible, take photo’s of the parcel before opening it.
  • Also make comments on the delivery note of the courier company as reference.
  • After opening the parcel and the units are damaged or broken again take photo’s if possible.
  • This will assist us in our claims against insurance or courier company.

Sales Terms & Conditions

We will endeavour to deliver on the date and time advised. While we are committed to deliver on time, the actual delivery date is subject to prevailing circumstances and may be subject to variation.

  • Ownership of the goods will rest with Badger until payment has been received in full. Payment of the full value of the order is required before Badger will delivery or before we can authorize collection.
  • If after 30 days of notification by Badger Head Office that your goods are ready for delivery, you as the customer fail to make final payment, Badger reserves the right to sell them to defray expenses.

Orders placed are irrevocable once a deposit has been paid. In the event of Badger agreeing to refund monies paid either prior to or post delivery due to circumstances unrelated to product quality or lead times, and If Badger agrees to accept return of any goods, the Customer will be liable for a 10% handling charge calculated on the purchase price of those goods. The onus of proof of return and proof of purchase rests with the customer at all times.


Delivery Policy:

  • Deliveries will be supplied by Badger subject to your address being within our designated delivery zones and you will be charged accordingly on your invoice.
  • Deliveries will be available from Monday to Friday
  • For collection of goods from our head office, prior arrangement and acknowledgement is essential prior to such collection.
  • Please note that no goods will be given to outside transporters unless Badger has been paid in full for such goods. Proof of payment in full must be on hand for any goods to be released. In the event of outside contractors collecting on behalf of a customer, Badger may in addition to proof of payment in full, contact the customer to confirm proceedings.


To obtain warranty service, simply contact Badger Customer Service or by e-mail. You can contact orders@badgersa.com. Warranty claims must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales invoice, or other proof of purchase.

Payments made by EFT (Electronic funds Transfer) require a 48 hour period to clear funds and allocate them to the orders.


Badger does not accept payment by cheque because of the high risk of fraud prevalent in South Africa.
